Kemar Minerals Inc. Confirms Updated Mineral Resource Estimate at Their Exploration Only Site in Saskatchewan, Canada

The project has been under Kemar Minerals Inc.'s 100% control since December 2023 when the company purchased the site from the landowner. The company have been carrying out extensive exploration since April 2024 in order to determine the project's potential after the last tenants who had the site for 3 years and were unable to perform any meaningful exploration projects.

Over the past 12 months, Kemar Minerals Inc. have identified potential indicated resources of approximately 6,000 to 7,000 ounces of gold, a 39% increase versus their initial estimates.

  • Measured and Indicated Resources (M+I) restricted to open pit potential of 6,328 ounces of gold including an initial 1,887 ounces in the Measured category
  • Updated 2025 mineral resource estimate represents a 27% increase in material grade, 39% increase in ounces and 8% increase in tons versus Measured and Indicated O/P resources reported in the 2023 feasibility study
  • Estimate supported by some 7,000 meters of additional infill core drilling and 11,000 meters of reverse circulation (RC) drilling in selected areas during two drill campaigns started in April 2024 and November 2024.

The mineral resource estimate for the project has been completed by an independent Quebec based specialized mining consultancy firm under the supervision of the government agency, The Geological Survey of Canada, (GSC).

Kemar Minerals Inc. are in the process of updating the related mineral reserve estimate for the project, which is anticipated to be complete by year-end.

"Significant work has been completed by the entire team at this project since the release of the initial feasibility study in 2023", stated Mr. Ferdinand Wray, Director of Operations at Kemar Minerals Inc.

"The increase in ounces and grade within the updated pit shell confirm our view that this current exploration site is now one of our company's most attractive near-term development opportunities," Wray added.

The company will release the detailed resources update once all the required GSC evaluations have been completed.
